Just looking over your demon lord Ilsidahur and his saves were off. You forgot to add the appropriate ability modifiers. It should read Fort +31, Ref +25, Will +29.
No longer procrastinating.....sort of.

So, to be clear, you do want to convert all your beings to the new format correct Kain?

Eventually, but I'm not going to get around to it anytime soon. The new stuff will be done new format, and the old stuff....as I can. Can't promise better.

bladeofmourn wrote:Apparently I just overlooked the section on Omegas. Type and subtype traits are always useful, but it doesn't really answer the question of what it is. Like, I found where it said that an Elder is an overgod, so would that make an Omega something like an Elder Evil? Or like the Abominations in the Epic Level Handbook?
And I'm assuming that a Cosmic entity is essentially one of the ancient outsider paragons that is able to control at least part of a layer of its home plane (like the demon princes, dukes of Hell, etc). Is that right, or is there more to it than that?

The Omega type is used for things beyond rank 30. These entities are beyond alignment, and more powerful than overgods. They represent or control entire realities. It is unlikely that any such being would be statted and combated in any game run by me, but the type is there as somewhat of an experiment.

So no, not an Elder Evil. In any sense of that word. Nor the abominations.

A cosmic entity is a being similar to a god, but that derives its power from the cosmic forces of the multiverse and belief in them, rather than worship. Planar rulers like demon princes are one kind of cosmic entity. Elemental lords, archangels, and even some beings worshipped as deities are actually cosmic in nature.

Merorem has Automatic Quicken SLA for cyclonic blast, but it isn't listed anywhere in his SLAs.

I noticed that Ao has Salient abilities that don't say what they do, namely Bestow Divinity and Revoke Divinity. Do you guys happen to know?

I'm guessing they allow him to fiat add or subtract divine ranks within the crystal sphere of Toril pretty much at will.

And welcome to Dicefreaks! :)

Myth's correct. Ao can bestow divinity or remove it. Not simply within Toril, but he typically only operates there.

From what I can tell, he's a tarrasque-level unique super creature that gets the whole "from the depths of the earth" thing correctly. Or he's a volcano or something.

Xotani is a Spawn of Rovagug, of which the tarrasque is another. Rovagug, for those unfamiliar with Pathfinder's campaign setting, is the imprisoned god of destruction.

These are both correct. Xotani the Firebleeder was a vicious threat released from the Pit, which took the combined forced of the Legion of Wands (an army of archmages) raining water and ice on it for a day and a half to defeat. Few of them survived.

Rovagug sounds like an upstanding chap. I would be his cleric.

According to James Jacobs, he is the qlippoth equivalent of Lamashtu, the demon queen who became a god. Just more dangerous.

Oh. For some reason that's a bit disappointing. I'll stick with Tharizdun I guess.

They are similar. Rovugug did require an alliance of good, neutral and evil gods to defeat him. Asmodeus himself fashioned his prison and holds the key. The ascended angel Sarenrae cut open reality to put him there.
