John D. Ciorciari



Before joining the faculty at Michigan, I served in the Office of International Affairs at the U.S. Treasury Department. I was also a post-doctoral fellow at the Shorenstein Asia-Pacific Research Center and Hoover Institution at Stanford University. I started my career as a practicing international lawyer at the firm of Davis Polk & Wardwell. My current affiliations include:

- Senior Legal Advisor to the Documentation Center of Cambodia

- Term member at the Council on Foreign Relations

- Associate Fellow at the Asia Society
