Welcome to Xdot's Hand of the Moment

The Hands (final year:2002!)

Quad Trips do not occur often but when they do, WATCH OUT!
In the second 200K+ pot of the day, Still loses his behind yet again.

Xdot will no longer accept HOM logs from Undernet's #Poker (see Guidlines below)

Last HOM added: 2-01-02

Xdot's Hand of the Moment

Every so often, when the mood would strike, (and if Xdot had his log turned on) Xdot would display for all the poker mos, a particular hand (or series of hands) which demonstrate, enlighten, or abuse certain finer points of Undernet Poker. Ridicule and amusement also had a high priority...

For the most part these hands were logged by Xdot, but some were submitted by individual players.

If you are curious about the old submission rules see HOM Submission Guidelines.

History:
Absolute End: January 16, 2003 NO MORE LOGS ACCEPTED
Radical Reorganization! (June 6, 1997)
Due to the quickness at which tournaments were finished (and due to the fact that Xdot is a lazy mo), Xdot no longer keeps a 'Vault' for each Round. From thence on, HOMs are listed in a Vault for each YEAR.
Previous 'Vaults' will remain, so feel free to browse the glories of the past...

The HOM "Mausoleum" is your gateway to the HOM Vaults. To visit them, select below. The HOM Vaults begin at Undernet Poker Tourney #7. There are no known HOMs in existence for Undernet Poker Tourneys #1 thru #6. The official starting date of Xdot's Hand of the Moment is March 3rd, 1996. However, if you would like to view the "Un-Official" first HOM, click here.

While reading these logs keep in mind /* msgs */ are comments after the fact by Xdot.

Also keep in mind that IRC Poker has gone through some serious inflation; Most of the Pre-1999 hands have monies amounting to 1/10th of what they are today. Back then, a 10K bet was like a 100K bet (impossible as it is) now-a-days.
