Results

First, capillary rise of miniscus between two rigid nanotubes was simulated.

Then capillary rise of miniscus between two slanted nanotubes was simulated.

Then capillary rise of miniscus between two flexible nanotubes was simulated.

Then the collision of nanotubes while bending was simulated.

Finally, Finite Element model of the beam has been incorporated to simulate the phenomenon of densification.

General Matlab codes that make the simulation work can be downloaded from here.

In order to look at the simulations, the m-file on corresponding pages have to be downloaded and placed in the same folder as general Matlab codes that can be download from above.
