This photo was taken shortly after I was elected president
of the
Dorsai Irregulars,
probably spring 1991.
Somebody called me `Papa Smurf', somebody else got an evil glint in
their eye, and next thing I know I'm wearing this silly hat.
The gesture means `for those who don't deserve the best'.
