Single family housing dominates residential land use in the county. Single family housing land use is also increasing at a faster rate than multi-family and mobile homes. It is important to note that the following measures do not indicate increase in number of housing units but rather total amount of land used by that housing type. For example, a development of 5 acres could contain from 1 or 100 housing units.
