Disability in Society

About the Course

Disability in Society will give students an overview of the disability rights movement, the social construction of disabilty, common social and structural issues encountered by people with disabilities, and current disability studies research.

My Role

I hope to teach this undergraduate course in the UM Sociology department within the next few years. Sociology courses in the Spring and Summer semesters are taught independently by graduate students.
