I haven't written any documentation beyond the API documentation (still desires some improvment itsself). Because many of the functional and operational principles are retained, this package includes the documentation from the old GPL'd c-code package.
Old Manual

Although there are some structural differences between the Octave bindings in this package and the Matlab bindings in the (non-free) version from OKO Tech, the usage is very similar. Thus, their documentation is very useful. I will not distribute this unless they tell me I can.
