Las Vegas, NV. A $4 billion, 5 million+ sf multi-property resort destination planned for the north end of the Las Vegas strip. Echelon featured 4 distinctive hotels, casino, 25 restaurants and bars, a landscaped pool deck, two theaters, 300,000 sf of retail and 750,000 sf of meeting, exhibit, and prefunction space.
