African Totem Warrior Plots:

The Totem Warriors of the Ife Series Concept:
The series concept is a group of kids on a road trip to kick evil’s ass. Since the Masks and the possessed Ovu Mobani can be anywhere, finding them will be the big challenge. And as always getting there is half the fun. There is no telling what sort of trouble six teenagers charged with animal superpowers and poor impulse control can get into.

Olujimi is like the group's Watcher and mystic guide, but is not really a very effective guardian or disciplinarian. And though wise, he is often even more clueless about pop culture than a stuffy Brit would be.

The Totem Warriors of the Ife Episode Ideas:
Here are some possible locations for the demon masks and their owners, and other adventures:

Spring Break of the Undead
A Haitian Drug Lord named Chritian Dubois has acquired one of the demon masks and has hatched a sinister plan to create an army of the undead to work on his drug plantations. He runs a large hotel on a Caribbean island as part of his legitimate front, he has offered a surprisingly low rate for Spring Breakers. He plans to throw a large party on the last day of Spring Break and spike the punch with a mystic Zombie powder that will kill everyone who consumes it and make them perfect candidates for a being super Zombies. He will raise these Zombies and use them to further his criminal goals. The fun part of this plot is all the Spring Break temptations of sex, booze, drugs and rock and roll are all available to the young Totem Warriors who should have a hard time controlling themselves.

The Wild One Revisited
The Totem Warriors are traveling along a deserted stretch of highway when they come across the burning wreck of Semi-Trailer. Should they investigate they find all sorts of clues that the trailer was attacked and run off the road, and lots of motorcycle tire tracks. As they continue down the road they run into a small town under siege to a gang of Hellions. Demonic Bikers versus Totem Warriors and hijinks ensue.

Primal Instinct
A group of practicing Primals, like the hyena people from "The Pack, Buffy 1.6", have heard about the Totem Warriors and wish to learn about and possibly steal their powers. The interaction between the two groups could lead to some interesting encounters, especially if the Primals make no effort to control their animal impulses like the Totem Warriors probably do. Romances can bloom; the Totem Warriors may be encouraged to embrace their darker impulses.

Operation Evil Eye
One of the masks was acquired but never put on; a powerful warlock has it carefully hidden in a warded vault in his fortress-like mansion. The Totem Warriors might not have to worry about Zombies, but how do they get the mask out of there. Infrared cameras, guard dogs and heavily armed guards as well as supernatural security systems this could be a tough one. This plot is probably best played as a cool heist film style, plans with maps and stuff, repelling down buildings and crawling through air ducts.

A Generic African Totem Warrior's Series:
Or hey If you don’t like the whole Ovu Mobani back-story, you could just as easily say the Animal Spirit Warriors are just humans magically endowed by their people, or the Spirits, or whoever, who fight the good fight. Just change the Quality’s 3 point Adversary (Ovu Mobani), to a 3 point Adversary (Demons or Vampires). With that change it makes a decent Quality for a mysterious visitor from a far off land, a local who gets charged with supernatural powers, or foreign exchange students with mystical monster fighting abilities.
