PTEN mutations in patients with autistic spectrum disorders

This study is looking for patients aged 1-17 years  with relative and absolute macrocephaly( =/> than 98% HC) who have Autism Spectrum disorder to screen for PTEN mutation.

The patients would need to come to Kennedy Krieger Institute or Johns Hopkins Hospital.
