Hmmm. Looks down the page. When is the last entry.... oh.
Deck:
So, I think I am gonna give my self a coronary worrying about my &^*%ing deck. I want to get the damn thing done, but it has rained 9 out of the last 12 days. ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It will NEVER END!
WRAP:
So, I finished my term on the board. Yay me. I mentioned this already. Of course I volunteered to help the membership committee get back on it's feet, as their last chairperson let it fall down around her. I thought I was gonna be involved for the short run. It is gonna take a while. The database seems to have died. No renewals have been sent out in about 1.5 years until last month when I INSISTED on it. We survive on member donations. We NEED to send renewals. Duh!
Pookie:
Yay! His mouth is almost better. I don't like seeing him hurt. It hurts me. He was totally unromantic the other day. I wanted to chase a rainbow in the car and he was in favor of going home. Since I was driving..... I won. *grin* He tolerates a lot with me... I love him for it.
Amber:
So, I am in a PBeM. I miss real gaming though. I am looking forward to the new game. Yay!
Liz: If you read this, I will advise on Ambercon finances all you need. Just let me know. If not, someone let her know?
Guess thats it for now.

So....last night was my last board meeting for the Washtenaw Rainbow Action Project (WRAP) ( http://www-wrap-up.org ). I have spent the last 5 years on the Board of Directors.
So, it is with mixed feelings that I say...."Thank God!"
I mean, I love what the organization represents, but I am so worn out. 20 hours a week of volunteer time or more in some cases. I am tired. I am still on the fundraising committee, and have agreed to advise and help the membership committee, but I am not a board member any more. Not Treasurer, not Vice President, not President, not Past-President...NOTHING!
I just had to share that!
THE DECK
Nothing is happening here because it has rained every evening I have had free time for the last week! *Argh!*

YAY ME!!!!!
I am the worst of the worst. I am very, very, VERY bad.
I suck!
I received a trophy today for the "Low Men Actual Series" for our Financial Operations (FinOps) annual bowling outing. I was the worst male bowler in attendance...by a long shot. I bowled 3 games. I got: 100, 79, 97 which equals a total of 276. The next worst male bowler had 300, then 310....then we jump up to the mid 350's.

Okay...bored at work. Nothing new there.
Anyone wanna have lunch today? I forgot to bring last night's leftovers. *bad Jarrod, bad Jarrod*
Patrick's sister Kristen moves in tonight. A rather unexpected early move. We are adapting to the change.
Much stress on the pocketbook this month. New deck, queen size bed, linens for said bed, grill, vacuum..... *sigh*
Rained last night. We didn't work on the deck, instead we went out to dinner. It was pleasant.

Heya...
I am so sleepy! I have not been sleeping well this week. Last night I awoke at least 3 times. That wouldn't be so bad, but the night before last, I did it about 6 times. Each time, I woke up with a start, thoguht I was late for work, and got out of bed. If I don't get sleep soon, I think I will loose it!!!
The sweetie can sleep on his side now, which means we can cuddle up and sleep again.... YAY! I have missed that.
Anyway, I have to work 5 days this week. I know you are all saying..."so what". I still don't have to like it.
The Deck
Jack called and reminded me that I wanted to work on the Deck on Sunday. He said he would be over soon, so I quickly got ready. I called Matthew to say I was unavailable due to Deck destruction. Jack got over and we ripped most of it apart. Matthew showed up about 1.5 hours later and we all finished the job. (Patrick was in the house resting up from Wisdom Teeth yanking...) We then went to Lowe's and then I took them to dinner. We have it completey removed now. My brother is hauling the wood away for me this week. This weekend will begin the process of buying materials and beginning to build. It should be interesting.
More Blogging later...
