Planewalker Fanzine looking for articles

Postby sciborg2 » Sat Nov 05, 2011 11:48 am

Hey guys,

Don't know if you are interested in previewing some stuff over at Planewalker, but we have a zine starting up that we'd like to make a planar hub of information. Alternate Cosmologies, monsters, NPCs, fiction, Campaign Spotlights, locations - for Pathfinder's Great Beyond, 4e's Above/Below/Shadow/Fairie, and of course the Great Wheel + other cosmologies welcome!

Would love a glimpse into the Dicefreaks Godspell setting for example. The work is being done here:

thanks,

Hey, Sciborg2.

Any suggestions as to the types of things folks might find interesting from The Godspell?

Hey Serge - thanks for the reply! Right now we're working on making sure Issue 1 has all its components, and as we don't have a layout person I'm struggling to become one.

By Issue 2 (the fanzine is quarterly) I hope to have a Campaign Spotlight column in place. Ideally we're looking for how a campaign involves the planes, with preference to those drawing more from D&D canon (though 4e or Great Beyond are welcome as well). I'm still thinking up the questions for this column and will get back to you in a bit. The first issue, if it is okay'ed by the rest of the group, will feature an interview with Shemmy about Book of the Damned III.

Also, if you ever have snippets of DF's ongoing work you want to present, definitely let us know. My hope is to make people aware of the varied planar or even just D&D projects going on out there, as well as look at Planescape-esque games like Nobilis and the upcoming Mystic Empyrean.

thanks again,

Sci
