Will Horrors (if its realeased someday anyway) use elements of WotC's take on demons? Not the elemental 4e crap, but the obyrith mythos and that stuff.

I can definitely say that some elements of the obyrith-type mythos will be present in Horrors-and that it will be released.

It will?!

Also, will it be 3.5E, 4E or Pathfinder?

At the moment, the team is working on a Pathfinder version, as DF has adopted Pathfinder for its official 3e material.

However, 4e stats would be possible if there was a sufficient commitment from someone regarding it. Naturally, the flavor can be used in any edition.
Does there have to be "official support?" Common sense says that Kain's right. -James Jacobs-

Is this project still being worked on, and if it is will the demon lords be on par with the devil from gates of hell?

I believe the current trend is toward shifting to the simplified rank mechanic and lowering hit dice across the board, as such they probably will not be on par with the Gates Devils who need to be revised.

Yes, the project is still very much being worked on, and you can expect that the mechanics of the demon lords will match their epic flavor.
