Although the demon princes of The Abyss are its most infamous and nightmarish figures, they are hardly the only powers within the Torments. Many evils also promulgated by demon lords instead. These archfiends also incarnate random destruction and all that is malign and vicious within Creation in lesser, though still potent, ways.

Today, the Horrors DICE releases the list of demon lords that will be covered within Horrors, along with brief summaries as to their portfolios and natures. From the devious and ancient Abraxas to the nearly forgotten Zzyczesiya, all of them are vile incarnations of The Abyss' power.

So are each of these demon lords getting their own chapters as well?

Good question. The answer is: not exactly. They'll be combined based on commonalities so that way you see more when they're released (so one chapter might cover 5 or 6 demon lords, while another might cover 4 or 5 instead). Howver, each demon lord will still get a full set of stats and flavor, although not as long as the demon princes. It'll be roughly analogous to the situation between Lords of the Nine in Chapter 9, and Archdevils in Chapter 8 of The Gates of Hell.

Super excited, although I must admit that I have a fairly hard time imagining Demogorgon himself giving in to a mere base coupling. Not saying it couldn't happen, just can't picture it, both from a physical standpoint and a mental one (him being so alien in his mindset and all).

Demogorgon's main motivation to fool around with her isn't sexual. Their unions have produced a number of horrific monsters, one of which (Arendagrost) is probably the nastiest thing in Gaping Maw after Daegoros and Big D himself. One of his greatest interests is the creation of new forms of evil, and sometimes the old-fashioned way is the best way to make that happen.

He's also done quite the opposite of give in to Malcanthet. The things he does to her would give other demons nightmares and make a /b/tard retch in disgust.

It's a time tested way of getting powerful monsters.
Breed two hideously powerful monsters.
