Chichun Fang （方祈鈞）

Chichun Fang is a research area specialist in University of Michigan's Health and Retirement Study.

Chichun received his Ph.D. from School of Labor and Employment Relations at the University of Illinois. His work examines how the interactions between labor market institutions and firm compensation practices influence the long-term economic well-being of the working population, with a focus on employee benefits such as employer-sponsored health insurance and pension plans. He also studies Social Security and retirement related policies in the Unites States.
