Instead of a formal class session, attend at least one event scheduled for the MLK Symposium. Be sure to choose an event which gives you enough time to complete the exercise, and choose an event which will feature language (rather than, say, dance or visual arts). Use that event as the topic for the writing exercise due January 19.
