Captain Kronos is an old Hammer film that featured the Eponymous Captain. It was supposed to be the start of a new series but did poorly at the box office, it then became a cult hit. It’s a cool flick with some neat ideas about vampires, and some good swordplay.

Kronos is a Nobleman and Captain in an unspecified European army who went off to war and came back to find his Mother and Sister turned into vampires. After he dispatched them, he set out on a quest to rid the world of the scourge of Vampirism. His sidekick is the Hunchbacked Professor Grost. They have a very Blade and Whistler type relationship, Grost makes the weapons and Kronos uses them.
