1720 Michael and Randal Hutchinson, sons of John and Phebe Hutchinson, were born on 1 of month 8 (October), in Bucks county, Pennsylvania. [1]

1736 John Hutchinson, of Falls Twp, Bucks County, Pennsylvania and Ann Stanaland were married on 13 of month 2, at Falls monthly meeting. Witnessed by Michael Hutchinson, among others. [2]

1743 Michael Hutchinson was taxed in Lower Makefield Twp, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. [4]

1749 "Run away, on the 10th inst. from Michael Hutchinson, of Makefield township, Bucks county, an Irish servant, named Abraham Magee, by trade a taylor, a slim middle siz'd fellow, and has no hair: Had on when he went away, an ash colour'd drugget coat, with round cuffs, lin'd with striped stuff, a linnen jacket, half worn beaver hat, a fine shirt, and a coarse one, and took with him two pair of shoes, half worn, with brass buckles, two pair of stockings, one pair yarn, the other pair blue grey worsted, and wears a cap. He went away with one Bartie Maquire, an Irish man, a short thick, well set fellow, mark'd with the smallpox; and had on when he went away, a double breasted brown jacket, a pair of tow trowsers, and two check shirts. Whoever takes up the said Abraham Magee, and secures him, so as his master may have him again, shall have Three Pounds reward, and reasonable charges, if taken within thirty miles of home, and if further Four Pounds, paid by Michael Hutchinson." 1752 "Run away on the 20th inst. November, from Michael Hutchinson, Taylor, living in Lower Makefield, Bucks county, and province of Pennsylvania; An apprentice lad, named Samuel Maccoy about 19 years of age, well set, of a fresh complexion, has black hair. He is a son of John Maccoy, at the Great Swamp, Bucks county. Had on when he went away, A snuff colourcoat, brown barragon vest, trimmed with mohair buttons, dark colourfustian breeches, with white metal buttons ozenbrigs shirt, blue grey stockings, good shoes, and a fine hat. He is a Taylor by trade. Whoever takes up said lad, and brings him home, or so as his master may have him again, shall have three Pounds reward if taken within 50 miles of home, and if further, Four Pounds, and reasonable charges, paid by Michael Hutchinson. N.B. All masters of vessels are forbid to carry him off at their peril." [7]

1753 Michael Hutchinson was taxed in Lower Makefield Twp, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. [8]

1757 "Whereas Samuel McCoy, of Lower Makefield, in Bucks County, hath absconded, without paying his just Debts, and his Goods are attached; these are to give Notice to all persons that have any just Demands, that they bring their Accounts to the House of Michael Hutchinson, in Lower Makefield, ready proved, on the 22d Day of April, that they may receive as the Law directs. Lower Makefield, Jan. 22, 1757. Thomas Janney". "Whereas Patrick Coyle, of the Falls Township, in Bucks County, hath absconded, without paying his just Debts, and his Goods are attached; these are to give Notice to all Persons that have any just Demands, that they bring their Accounts to the House of Michael Hutchinson, in Lower Makefield, ready proved, by the seventh Day of April next, in order to receive their Proportion, as the Law directs. Lower Makefield, Jan. 7. 1757. Thomas Janney." [9]

1762 Michael Hutchinson of Makefield Twp, Bucks Co was named guardian for the children of Peter Morgan, deceased. [10]

1764, 75 Michael Hutchinson was taxed in Lower Makefield Twp, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. [11] [12]

1782 Michael Hutchinson, merchant of Lower Makefield dated his will 10-23-1782 with probate date 4-14-1783. Wife Margery and nephew Mathias Hutchinson were executors. Daughters Mary Hutchinson and Owen Lovett. Deceased brothers Thomas, John, Joseph, and Randle. Brother Samuel. Nephews John and Thomas Hutchinson, sons of brother John, deceased. Niece Rebecca Hutchinson, daughter of John. Mary Brown, Hannah Linton and Joseph Hutchinson, children of brother Joseph, deceased. Niece Phebe Ashton's son Samuel. Joseph Hutchinson son, deceased brother Thomas. Mahlon and James Hutchinson sons of deceased brother Randle. Jonathan Kirkbride and Joseph Gillinngham £50 in trust for free school near the Falls. Letitia Carter. Witnesses: William Wharton, Joseph Hutchinson, Thomas Hutchinson. Widow married John Chapman before settlement was filed. [13]

1783 "All Persons indebted to the Estate of Michael Hutchinson, late of Bucks county, deceased, by Bond, Note or Book Debt, are requested to come and settle the same with the Subscribers, who will attend for that Purpose at the late Dwelling house of said Michael Hutchinson, on the 16th Day of this Instant, and there to continue from Day to Day until the 21st. Margery Hutchinson, Executrix. June 2. Matthias Hutchinson, Executor" [14]

1783 "To be sold by public Vendue, On the 19th of May next (1783) by the subscribers, at the late dwelling house of Michael Hutchinson, deceased, in Lower Makefield township, Bucks county, the following articles of Houshold Furniture, Farming Utensils, &c. horses, cows, sheep, swine, wheat and rye in the ground, a good waggon, plows, harrows, and most kind of farming utensils; a genteel phaeton and harness; a quantity of cyder, several empty hogsheads and barrels, coopers tools, barrel staves and heading; Feather beds and bedding, chest of drawers, walnut tables, looking glasses, chairs and pewter, cannon stove, a large quantity of kitchen furniture, and many other articles too tedious to mention; also a large collection of books and maps.

The vendue will begin at nine o, and continue from day to day until all are sold. Any person purchasing to the amount of Forty Shillings, may have nine months credit, by giving security, if desired. Ready money will be expected for all less sums. Margery Hutchinson, Executrix. Matthias Hutchinson, Executor." [15]
