1683 On 11 October, Gershom Moore was on a rates list for Newtown for 1 heads, 16 land, 1 horse, 2 ox, 6 cows, 10 sheep, and 1 swine. [14]

1683 Gershom Moore was an executor and legatee for the will of James Sartelle of Newton. [15]

1686 Gershom Moore was listed among the residents of Newtown. [16]

1699/1700 On 2 of month 12 (February 2, 1700) Sarah Whitehead, Abiah Whitehead, Jonathan Whitehead, Daniel Whitehead, Charles Stevenson, Ann Stevenson, Thomas Stevenson, Edward Stevenson, John Stevenson, Charity Stevenson, Edward Stevenson, Benjamin Stevenson, Thomas Stevenson, Daniel Stevenson, Patience Bullock, Jacob Doughty, Francis Doughty, Gershom More, Jonathan More, Mary More, Hester More, and many others, witnessed the marriage of Isaac Marriott, of Burlington, New Jersey, and Susannah Field, daughter of Robert Field of Newton, Long Island. 1722 The will of Gershom Moore, yeoman of Maidenhood, Hunterdon County, New Jersey, was dated 3 April 1722 and proved 23 Jan 1722-23. Named 5 children. Wife Mercy, Ralph Hart and Richard Furman named as executors. Witnessed by Wineah Cook, Richard Willcock, and Edward Hart. [19]
