The will named wife Rosina, nephew John Foutz son of deceased sister Ann, Mary Kerchenslager, Jane Pastor the wife of Peter Paster, the children of kinsman Stephen Martin, Catharine Glatz daughter of kinsman Jacob Glatz, deceased brother Henry Klein, and deceased brother Michael Klein. Wife Rosina and kinsman Stehpeh Martin were named executors. Adam Weaber and John Michael Philip Gloninger were witnesses. Probate date was July 22, 1793. [17]
