1742 John Conrad, son of John Pentz, was born on December 8. He was baptized at St Matthew Lutheran Church in Hanover, York County. [1]

1749 Johannes Pence received a warrant for land in Dover and Manchester Twp on November 22. [2] A survey was made on November 22. [3]

1785 The will of son Joseph Pence of Warrington Twp, York County was dated January 7. The will named wife Catharine and son Michael and minor children Catherine Elizabeth John and Joseph (under age 15) and children Henry, Mary, Philip, Catharine, Elizabeth, John, and Joseph. Brother John Pence, friend Elihu Underwood, and wife Catharine were named as executors. The will was affirmed on April 12. [4]

1804 The will of son John Pence was dated August 4 in Washington Twp, York County. The will named wife Philibbina, son John, grand-child Betsy Bricker, and nine living children Mary, John, George, Elisabeth, Henry, Jacob, Susanna, Caty?, and David. Sons John and Jacob Pentz were named as executors. The will was proved on October 20. [5]
