1828 Henry Steiner, blacksmith of Elizabeth Twp, Lancaster County, wrote his will, dated February 22, 1828. The will named wife Susanna and children Elizabeth married to John Schlick; Sally, married to Christian Wolf; Regina, married to John Zartman; Susanna, married to Jacob Stutenroth; John Steiner; Catharine (now deceased) was married to Jacob Hacker; Henry Steiner; and Anna, married to Daniel Spayde. The will was signed Henrich Steiner and was witnessed by John Sherb and Michael Kline. Son John Steiner was named executor. The will was proved on July 16, 1828. [1]
