1539 On September 26, Henry Wylcokks, son & heir of Thomas Wylcokks and his wife Margt), late of Great Oakley, decd., conveyed to "William Gosse of Ramsey, husbandman, a tenement called Peycokks in Ramsey, which he had after the death of the said Thomas and Margaret. Power of attorney" was granted "to John Marveyn and George Cotton to deliver seisin. Witnesses: John Blosse, John Haywards, Gilbert Rolffe, Richard Marvyn, Thomas Archer. John Barker and John Byrde."
