1858 The estate of Margaret Ritner, deceased was distributed to Nancy J Ritner, Joseph P Ritner, and Wm R Hughes (married to Rachel R Ritner). "The account of Jacob Ritner, administrator of Margaret Ritner decd was finally settled on the eighteenth day of March A.D. 1856 by which there was found to be in his hands the sum of [$139.74] which sum is due and payable to the said petitioners as asignees of Peter Ritner the heir at law of the said Margaret Ritner deceased of which the said Jacob Ritner had notice." Dated March 23. [2] There was some dispute about the estate, dated January 13, 1859. [3]
