1808 On 17 March, Benjamin Schooley and Hetta Vance were married in Sussex County, New Jersey. [1] [2] [3]

1809 On 12 January, daughter Hester Schooley was born. Wife Hester died. [4]

1816 On 27 October, Benjamin Schooley and Patience Coon were married in Sussex County, New Jersey. [5] [6] Benjamin Schooley and Patience Coon were married by Samuel Price, as reported in the Sussex Register newspaper. [7]

1822 On 28 January, son Evi Britton Schooley was born. [8]

1823 On 1 January, wife Patience died. [9]

1830 Benjamin Schooley lived in Newton, Sussex, New Jersey, in a household with Males: 1 (age 40 thru 49) and Females: 1 (age 50 thru 59). Joseph Schooley (age 70-80) lived adjacent in a household with one male (age 5-10), three females (age 20-30) and one female (age 60-70). [10] [11].

1840 Joseph and Benj (jr?) Schooley were jointly listed in Stillwater, Sussex, New Jersey, in a household with Males: 1 (age 15 thru 19), 1 (age 50 thru 59), 1 (age 80 thru 89) and Females: 1 (age 30 thru 39), 1 (age 40 thru 49), 1 (age 60 thru 69). Aaron Schooley was listed adjacent. [12]

1850 Benjamin Schooley (age 63) lived in Stillwater, Sussex County, New Jersey with Sarah Schooley (age 74), Evi B Schooley (age 28, farmer), Elizabeth Schooley (age 51) and Rhoda Schooley (age 47). [13]

1860 Benjamin Schooley (age 73) lived in Stillwater, Sussex County, New Jersey, with Evi B Schooley (age 38), Mary Schooley (age 39), Benjamin D Schooley (age 4), Elizabeth A Schooley (age 2). Elizabeth Schooley (age 66) and Rhoda Schooley (age 60) were in the adjacent listing. [14]

1861 Benjamin Schooley died on 28 December, 1861 in Stillwater, Sussex County, New Jersey at age 76. He was born in Newton. He was married and was a farmer. His father was Joseph Schooley. [15]

1870 Evi B Schooley (age 48) and Mary (age 49) lived in New Jersey with B Dayton (age 14), Elizabeth J (age 12), Elizabeth (age 76), and Rhoda (age 68) Schooley. [16]
