1841 England Census John Dubberley (age 19), Goldsh. Ap. lived in the household of John Lindsey (age 49), Goldsmith, on Stafford Road in Middlesex, St. George Hanover Square, Belgrave, District 30.

1848 "Marriage solemnized at the Parish Church in the Parish of St James Clerkenwell in the county of Middlesex, June 26th: John Omer Dubberley, full age, Bachelor, profession jeweller, residence 1 Newcastle Street, father's name John Dubberley, fathers profession Stationer, and Ann Moore, full age, Widow, residence 1 Newcastle Street, fathers name James Osborne, father's profession Engineer, Married at the Parish Church according to the Rites and Ceremonies of the Established Church, after Banns by me Thos Robinson Assistant Minister. This Marriage was solemnized between us, John Omer Dubberley, Ann Moore, in the Presence of us, Wm Webb, W H Burwash." [2]

1851 England Census: John Dubberly, age 29, a "Hain Dovier(?) Worker" born in Middlesex Blackfriars, and wife Ann, age 57, born in Surrey Rotherhithe, lived in Middlesex in St James Clerkenwell District 15.

1861 England Census: John Dubberley (age 40), a jeweler, born in Rotherhithe, Surrey, and wife Christiana, age 50, born in Bermondsey, Surrey lived in Middlesex in St Sepulchre, Saffron Hill, District 5.

1871 England Census: John Dubberley, a widower ( age 49), a jeweler, born in Middlesex, was a lodger on St James St in London in St James Clerkenwell.

1872 "Marriage solemnized at The Parish Church in the Parish of St Mary Lambeth in the County of Surrey 19th Feby 1872 Immanuel John Omer Dubberley, Widower, profession Jeweller, residence James Street, father's name John Dubberley, Dec., father's profession Stationer, and Louisa Ann Jones, Spinster, residence Stamford Street, father's name William Jones, Dec., profession Stone Mason, both of full age. Married in the Parish Church according to the Rites and Ceremonies of the Established Church, after Banns by me J W Horne Curate. This Marriage solemnized between us, Immanuel J. O. Dubberley, Louisa Ann Jones, in the Presence of us, Ed. Powell, Ann Miles." [3]

1881 England Census: John Dubberley (age 59), a lodging house keeper, born in Bermondsey, and wife Louisa (age 36), born in London, lived at 10 Milner Street in Islington in St Mary, Islington West, District 4.
