1930 Belle Fliss (age 12) lived with her parents, Dorothy and August (both age 31), and sister Betty J. (age 9) in the household of her grandmother Hattie M. Bell (age 61)
1940 Marshall G. Miles (age 26) and his wife Bell F Miles (age 22) and daughter Judith A. Miles (age 1) lived at 413 Catherine, La Grange, Lyons Twp, Cook County, Illinois. All three were born in Illinois, Marshall and Bell lived in the same house in 1935, and Marshall was a cost accountant in a wholesale railroad plant. [3] [4]
1950 Marshall G. Miles (age 36) and his wife Belle F. Miles (age 32) lived at 225 Sixth in La Grange, Cook County, Illinois with their children Judith A. Miles (age 11), and Marshail G. Miles Jr. (age 9). Marshall G. Miles was a proprietor in the real estate industry. All members of the family were born in Illinois and their residence was not a farm. [5]
1980 Marshall Gilbert Miles died on May 12 in Cook County, Illinois. His death record states that his parents were Marshall G Miles and Jean Cossitt, and that the name of his spouse was Bell F. Fliss. [6] [7] He was buried at Bronswood Cemetery, Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois. [8]
1991 Belle F. Miles died and was buried at Oakridge-Glen Oak Cemetery, Hillside, Cook County, Illinois. The grave marker inscription was "1917 - Mother - 1991". [9] [10] An obituary notice states, [11]

Visitation Wednesday from 3-9 p.m. at Hallowell A James Funeral Home. 40 S Ashland Ave., LaGrange.
