2002 Keith O. Rivir died on June 4. Last Residence was at 65026 Eldon, Miller, Missouri. Birth: July 28, 1918. [2]

2002 Keith Rivir's obituary on Wednesday, June 5, 2002 reported [3]:

Keith O. Rivir, 83 Eldon, died June 4, 2002, at his home. He was born July 28, 1918, in Rice, Kan., a son of Corelli V. and Myrtle Hadley Rivir. He was married Sept. 25, 1972, in Rice, to Maxine "Yvonne" Perkins, who survives at the home. A Navy veteran of World War II, he was an expediter for the Postal Service. He was of the Methodist faith. He was a member of the Miller County VFW Post 2442 and was a past commander of the American Legion, Salina, Kan. Other survivors include: two sons, Ronald Keith Rivir, Galva, Kan., and Steven Ray Rivir, Salina; three daughters, Judith Linholm, Salina, Janice Deitz, Westfield, Pennsylvania, and Susan Kay Rivir, Olathe, Kan.; seven stepchildren; nine grandchildren; 23 step grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two step great-grandchildren. The remains were cremated. Arrangements were under the direction of Rekus Funeral Home, Eldon.

2004 Dorothy (Miller) Rivir died on February 15 and was buried at Roselawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Salina, Saline County, Kansas. [4] An obituary reported:

Dorothy "Dot" Rivir, 87, Salina, died Sunday, Feb. 15, 2004.

Mrs. Rivir was born Dorothy Miller on March 24, 1916, in Bridgeport. She was a childcare provider; retiring in 1980.

Survivors include two sons, Ron of Canton and Steve of Salina; three daughters, Jan Rivir of Westfield, Pa., Judy Linholm of Salina and Sue Rivir of Olathe; three brothers, Harris Miller of Hutchinson, Lowell Miller of Assaria and Dwight Miller of Salina; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Roselawn Heights Memorial Chapel, 1920 E. Crawford, Salina 67401.

Memorials may be made to Ashby House and Hospice of Salina.

There will be no visitation. The body was cremated.
