1725 On May 27, Avis Holloway and Samuel Schooley, both of Chesterfield, were married at Chesterfield Twp, Burlington County, New Jersey. Witnessed by Sarah, John, William, and Robert Taylor, and others. [1] [2]

1728 On May 26, Sarah Taylor married Joseph Rockhill, both of Burlington, New Jersey. [3] [4] [5]

1722 Joseph might be the son named in the will of Edward Rockhill, yeoman, dated 09 Apr 1722 in Chesterfield Township, Burlington County, which names Wife Mary. Children--John, Robert, Sarah Black, Mary Stevenson, Anne, Joseph, David, Edward, Samuel, Jonathan ("supposed Incapable of getting his Living"). Land in Chesterfield adjoining Samuel Taylor, meadows, bought of Benj. Field, 320 acres at the Mountains, home farm of 100 acres bought of Anthony Woodhouse, 100 acres adjoining. Personal property. The wife executrix. Witnesses--John Grant, Sarah Quicksall, Jno. Richardson. Proved May 18, 1722. Inventory of the personal estate, £241.6; made by Nathan Folwell and John Stevenson on May 17 1722.
