Writ 28 March, 3 Hen. VII; inq. 30 Oct., 4 Hen. VII.
He enfeoffed Robert Wodhill and Gregory Fyllyng of the undermentioned moiety of the manor of Otes, to the use of himself and his heirs.
He died 18 March last. Edward Sulyard, aged 26 and more, is his son and heir.

Essex. A moiety of the manor of Otes, in High Laver, worth 20 marks, held of Edward, Duke of Bukyngham, as of the manor of Chepyng Ongre, service unknown.

He died 18 March, 3 Hen. VII. Edward Sulyard, aged 28 and more, is his son and heir.

Suff. William Pykenham, Archdeacon of Suffolk, and Thomas Harvy, demised the under-mentioned manor to him for life, with remainder to Edward Sulyard, Mirabilia, wife of the said Edward, William Walgrave, and Robert Drury, for the term and life of the said Mirabilia, and to her use, with remainder to the heirs of the body of the said Edward:--
Manor of Nether Hall in Eye, Langton, Suddon Cranle, and Cokynley, and in the hamlets of Eye, Yaxle, Thrandeston, Brome, Hoxne, Ocolt, Benyngham, and Denham, worth 20 marks, held of John, Duke of Suffolk, as of the honor of the castle of Eye, in the said town of Eye, service unknown.
He enfeoffed Gregory Fyllyng and Robert Wodehill of the under-mentioned manor to the use of himself and his heirs:--
Manor of Goodes in Wilbeygh, worth 10l., held of JOhn Wyngfeld, knt., by socage service.

He was seised, jointly with one John Fale, of the under-mentioned moiety of the manr of Rawlyns in fee, to the use of himself and his heirs, and being so seised, enfeoffed Gregory Fyllyng and Robert Wodhill thereof, who at his instance demised it to Edward Sulyard, Mirabilia, William Walgrave and Robert Drury, as above:--
A moiety of the manor of Rawlyns, in South Elmham, and in all the parishes of the said town, and in Wycet, Dhestan, Rumburgh, bramfeld, and Upper Lynsted, worth 10 marks, held of James, Bishop of Norwich, service unknown.

William Harleston and Roger Towneshend gave the under-mentioned manor and tenement to him, and Anne his wife, who survives, and the heirs of their bodies, with remainder to the heirs of his body, with remainder to his right heirs:--

Manor of Pulham, called 'Pulham Hall,' and a tenement called 'Westbroms,' in Wethirden and Haughley, worth 8l., held of the abbot of Bury St. Edmund's, by fealty only.

John Chapman and John Boteler gave the under-mentioned manor to the said John and Anne Sulyard, with the same remainders over:--
Manor of Wethirden, worth 10l., held of John, Earl of Oxford, and William Tyndale, esq., by ¼ of a knight's fee.

Walter Quyntyn, clk., gave the under-mentioned tenement and closes to the said John and Anne, with the same remainders over:--
A tenement called 'Crystenines,' worth 40s., held of James Hobert, by fealty and 22d. yearly rent.
Four closes of pasture in Wethirden and Elmeswell, worth 30s., held of the abbot of Bury, service unknown.

William Pykenham, clk., and others, were seised, at the time of the death of the said John Sulyard, of the under-mentioned manor, to the use of the said John Sulyard, and his heirs, and the performance of his will:--
Manor of Stratford, in South Bergholt, Capell, Higham, and elsewhere, worth 20 marks, held of William Tendryng, esq., by fealty only.

William Pykenham was seised of the under-mentioned tenement to the same uses:--
A tenement called 'le Whyt Place,' in Brokford and Wetheryngset, worth 100s., held of the Abbot of Bury St. Edmund's, service unknown.

William Pykenham, clk., with others, was similarly seised of:--
A tenement called 'Goodes,' in Asshe, Rendlesham, Wykham Market, Marlesford, Blaxhale, and Tunstall, worth 106s. 8d., held of the Prioress of Campsey, by fealty and 2s. yearly rent.
