He was a member of Calvary Church.Cecil owned and operated Skateland Roller Rink for 50 years and taught at Garfield and Jefferson Elementary schools for 38 years.
He enjoyed going on cruises, traveling, reading, and spending time with his kids and grandkids.
Cecil will be deeply missed by his wife, Anne of Muscatine; four children, Dwight Wolfe and wife, Linda of Kenneth City, Fla., Brian Wolfe and wife, Lori of Muscatine, Cheryl Juehring and husband, Gary of Muscatine, Heidi Anderson and husband, Paul of Muscatine; 13 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and two cousins, Thomas Lutz and Beverly Bell.He was preceded in death by his parents, step-mother, step-father, his son Dennis in infancy, one grandchild and one great-grandchild.
