Frederick Raver and Elizabeth Myers, wife of William Myers, two of the children and heirs of Frederick Reber dec'd who died intestate bearing real property or estate and children of full age and others, minors, praying that their proportion of said real estate might be set off and assigned to them severally and if appearing to the Court that the petitioners are lawful heirs of the deceased and that the deceased died intestate. … The court ordered that John Donaldson, Elias Spurgeon, and Levi Moore do make partition of the south-east quarter of section 28, township 15 of Range 20 (excepting sixteen acres out of the north east corner of said quarter sold and conveyed by the deceased in his lifetime to one John Stife)[see deed dated 1817 in the notes of father Frederick] …
