1741 Joh. Conrad Rühl, child of Nicholas Rühl, was baptized on November 8, 1741, in Little Tulpehocken Or Christs Church Evengelical Ljeffers, Jefferson Twp, Berks County, Pennsylvania. Joh. Conrad Rühl was born on October 29, 1741. [1] Johan Conrad Ernst and wife were sponsors. [2] [3]

1763 John Nicholas Ruel, son of Conrad Ruel, was born on August 8. He was baptized with sponsors Nicholas and Catharine Haeler in Bern, Berks County, Pennsylvania. [4]

1771 Conrad Rihl was on the tax list in Bern Twp, Berks County, Pennsylvania. [5]

1772 Conrad Rihl was on the tax list in Bern Twp, Berks County, Pennsylvania. [6]

1779 Conrad Riel, cordwainer, was taxed for 2 cows in 1779 in Bern Twp, Berks County, Pennsylvania. [7]

1779 Conrad Riel was listed on the septennial census in 1779 in Bern Twp, Berks County, Pennsylvania. [8]

1782 Conr Ruhl was taxed in Bern Twp, Berks County, Pennsylvania. [9]

1785 Conrad Real, cordwainer, was taxed for 1 cow in 1785 in Bern Twp, Berks County, Pennsylvania. [10] [11] [12]

1786 Conrad Real was taxed in Bern Twp, Berks County, Pennsylvania. [13] [14]

1788 Conrad Reel was taxed in Bern Twp, Berks County, Pennsylvania. [15] [16]

1789 Conrad Reel, farmer, was taxed in Bern Twp, Berks County, Pennsylvania. [17] [18] Nicholas Riehl was taxed as a freeman. [19]

1791 Nicholas Real was taxed in Bern Twp, Berks County as a freeman. Conrad was not listed. [20]

1791 Letters of administration for Conrad Rühl, who died intestate, were issued to Christina Rühl (widow of Conrad Rühl late of Bern Township in the said County [Berks] Cordwainer dec'd) and Nicholas Rühl of the same place, eldest son of the said dec'd (Adm 4-181). Dated March 2. [21] [22]

1792 Nicholas Ruehl was taxed in Bern Twp, Berks County, Pennsylvania. [23]

1792 Nicholas Riehl, eldest son of Conrad Riehl, deceased shoemaker of Berk Twp, Berks County, Pennsylvania, petitioned the Orphans Court on September 3. Conrad had died intestate leaving a widow and seven children: Nicholas Riehl, John Riehl, Jacob Riehl, Magdalena Riehl, Anna Maria Riehl, Catharine Riehl, and Elizabeth Riehl, all of whom were minors except for Nicholas and Magdalena. Conrad died owning a messuage and lot on the west side of Earl Street and on the North side of Thomas Street in the Borough of Reading number 439. A committee determined that the property should not be partitioned. Nicholas Riehl agreed to purchase the property at the evaluation of the committee. [24]

1792 The Orphans Court appointed guardians for Catharine, Elizabeth, John, and Jacob Riehl, all minors under the age of fourteen, children of Conrad Riehl, deceased, on December 13. Jacob Epler was appointed. [25]

1821 Letters of administration for Christianna Rühl, widow late of Bern Township, were issued to John Kremer, a son-in-law, Conrad Raber, and Henry Fleisher, all of Berks County. Dated May 16. [26] [27]

1821 An inventory for Christina Rühl was dated May 30. The inventory listed a bond from William Bohn and debts of Jacob Riel, John Riel, Henry Seaman, Abraham Dunkelberger, John Miller, and John Risser and Abraham Reeser. [28]

1822 John Kremer presented his account of the estate of Christina Ruhl to the Orphans Court, dated November 5. [29]
