Parties: John Roberd' and Thomas Potyn', querents, and William Frenshe and Alice, his wife, deforciants. Property: 1 messuage and 17 acres of land in Cranebroke. Action: Plea of covenant. Agreement: William and Alice have acknowledged the tenements to be the right of John, as those which John and Thomas have of their gift, and have remised and quitclaimed them from themselves and the heirs of Alice to John and Thomas and the heirs of John for ever.
