1770 Solomon Ivins of the County of Burlington and John Shaw of the City of Burlington in the same county... [bound to]... William Franklin, Governor... 500 pounds... 25 May 1770. ...Solomon Ivins... obtained license of marriage for himself and for Susannah Rockhill of the same place. They were married in Monmouth County, New Jersey. [1]

1774 Solomon Ivins appeared on the August tax list for Mansfield Twp, Burlington County, New Jersey.

1777 Solomon Ivins and Sukky, perhaps this one, had a son, born on October 11, in Burlington County, New Jersey. [2]

1782 Solomon Ivins, of Mansfield, Burlington County, died intestate, account on March 5. Administratrix: Susanna Ivins, of Mansfield Twp, Burlington County. Fellowbondsman: Solomon Rockhill, of Burlington County. Witness: John Phillips. [3]

1782 Inventory, £137.4.6, made by Joseph English and William Wright. Dated March 4. [4]

1786 Sarah Ivins, daughter of Solomon Ivins, deceased, ward, having real and personal estate, makes choice of Daniel Hancock as her guardian. He was appointed December 18, 1786. [5]

1796 At the February term of the Burlington County Orphans Court, Sarah, Joseph, Isaac, John Ivins, children and co-heirs of Solomon Ivins deceased, petitioned for partition of the estate among them. John and Isaac were minors under age 21. Commissioners were appointed to make the partition. [6]
