1384 A John Lucas of Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, was one of the men of the town pledged to collect 10,000l. for the King. [1]

Recognisance for 10,000l., to be levied etc. as above [in the said town of Bury St. Edmunds co. Suffolk].
