John Pickett (1782-1851), son of Micajah and Kisannah, married two Bouleware sisters. [1] Perhaps known as John B Pickett.

This John Pickett (1780-1822) spouse of Charlotte Belton. Perhaps a son of James and Susanna Pickett. [2] [3] Perhaps known as John Pickett Junior.

John Pickett (c 1750-1821) spouse of Molley Pickett and father of Susanna Cason. Perhaps a son of Micajah Pickett and Winifred Beasley. Perhaps known as John Pickett Senior. [4] [5]

1802 John R Pickett and Charlotte Belton were married in South Carolina. [6]

1805 John Pickett and wife Charlotte, of Fairfield district, South Carolina, sold land to John Belton, of Kershaw County. Samuel Belton had owned the land and Charlotte, daughter of Samuel and now wife of John Pickett, inherited the land when Samuel Belton died. Deed dated February 21. [7]

1816 John Puckett and Charlotte Puckett witnessed the will of John Sweat in Fairfield District. [8]

1820 John Pickett lived in Fairfield County, South Carolina in a household with free white males: 1 (16 thru 25) and 2 (26 thru 44); and free white females: 1 (10 thru 15) and 1 (26 thru 44); and 23 enslaved persons. Clement Arledge was listed nearby (John Pickett was a witness to his 1822 will). [9]

1822 The will of Reverend John Pickett of Fairfield district, South Carolina was dated July 27, 1822 and proved November 4, 1822. Estate to be divided between wife Charlotta and children James B Pickett and Charlotte Pickett. Reuben B Pickett $300, if he pays back a note due. Robert L Knox, $100 if he pays back a note due. Tacitus Cassity $50 out of money due. James, eldest son of John Templeton, all debts due from John Templeton. Ephram Willson rent due. Executors: wife Charlotte, son John B Pickett, and John Guntharp. Witnesses: John Harving, Joseph Williams, Valentine Haisley. 1840 Son James B Picket lived in Chester County, South Carolina in a household with free white males: 1 (Under 5), 1 (5 thru 9), and 1 (30 thru 39); and free white females: 1 (Under 5) and 1 (20 thru 29); and 52 enslaved persons. [19]

1842 Son James Belton Pickett died on June 4 and was buried at Cottage Grove Cemetery, Benton, Bossier Parish, Louisiana. James Belton Pickett was born on October 25, 1803. [20] [21]
