1759 On 22 March, at the York County Orphans' Court in Pennsylvania, "Came into court Simon Witmyer, the acting administrator ... of Conrad Klingenmyer, deceased, and produced the account of his administration of the said intestate's estate ... whereby there appears to be a balance ... of eighty four pounds ... that he pay to the widow Magdalena the sum of twenty five pounds ... for her third part ... that he pay unto George the eldest son of the said deceased for his two shares the sum of seventeen pounds ... that he pay unto Michael Klingenmyer and Conrad Klingenmyer two of the sons of the deceased the sum of eight pounds ... that [he] retain in his hands in right of Mary his wife one of the daughters ... the sum of eight pounds ... that he pay unto David Toot and Catherine his wife ... another of the daughters ... the like sum" [3]
