1759 Michael Schooley was a bondsman and made inventory for the estate of widow Mercy Harris of Piscataway, Middlesex County, New Jersey, administered by Benjamin Harris of Somerset County. [1]

1778 August 24. The estate of Michael Schooley, of Bridgewater Township, Somerset County, carpenter, was administered. Int. Adm'x—Hannah Schooley, of Bound Brook. Fellowbondsmen: John Ross and Joseph Annin, yeomen: all of said Co. [2]

1778 September 4. Inventory of the estate of Michael Schooley, £938.19.3, was made by John Ross and John Miller. [3]

1780 August 15. Account by Hannah Schooley, Adm'x. [4]

1780 October 13. Hannah Scouly [Schooley], of Somerset County. Int. Adm'rs: Alexander Kirkpatrick and Mathew McDowel. Fellowbondsman: John Voorhees; all of said Co. (See foregoing estate of Michael Schooley.) [5]

1780 October 25. Inventory [of Michael Schooley], £77.16.0, made by John Miller and Thomas McElrath, being the goods of Hannah Schooley, deceased. [6]

Research Notes:

Hannah Anderson, daughter of William and Mary Anderson of Bound Brook, Somerset County, New Jersey, was named as a potential wife of Michael Schooley. [7]
