1777 Frederick Nicodemus was born on July 20, in Washington County, Maryland. [1]

1817,1822 Frederick Nicodemus was named on the tax list for Woodberry Twp, Bedford County. [2]

1823 Frederick Nicodemus, of Woodberry Twp, applied for 50 acres of land on Clover Creek, adjacent to lands of John and Abraham Montgomery. The land had been improved in 1784 by John Dietz. [3]

1827 Frederick, John, Jacob, Conrad, and George were taxed in Woodberry Twp, Bedford County. [4]

1846 Frederick Nicodemus was taxed for 150 acres, 90 acres mountain, 2 horses, 3 cows, and other acreage in North Woodberry Twp, PA.

1850 Fredk Nichodemus (age 70, born in Pennsylvania) lived in North Woodbury Twp, Blair County, Pennsylvania, in a household with Elizabeth Nichodemus (age 70). [5]

1851 Frederick Nicodemus died on November 16, 1851, at age 22y 3m 26d, and was buried at Nicodemus Cemetery, Henrietta, Blair County, Pennsylvania. [6]

1880 Son John Nicodemus named his brothers and sisters in his will. The will was dated on April 28 with probate date October 27. John arranged for payment to be made to James Nicodemus and wife Cath. for the nursing care they gave him. John made bequests to his adopted daughter Lydia Detwiler, daughter of William Detwiler. Bequests were made to adopted daughter Lydia Detwiler and her husband Jacob Detwiler and to Susan Nicodemus and her husband Emanuel Nicodemus. Jacob Detilwer, husband of adopted daughter Lydia Detwiler was named executor. John gave a bequest of $1, to be paid one year after his death, to each of his brothers George Nicodemus, Conrad Nicodemus, Saml Nicodemus, Paul Nicodemus, Henry, Jacob Nicodemus, Frederick Nicodemus, and Andrew Nicodemus and to his sister Esther Fink. [7]

1906 Paul S Nicodemus died on May 17, at age 77, in North Woodbury Twp, Blair County, Pennsylvania. Paul S Nicodemus, son of Frederick Nicodemus and Elizabeth Skyles, was born on October 28, 1828, in Pennsylvania. [8]
