1753 On 14 of month 6, At the women's monthly meeting at Kingwood, there was a certificate signed whereby Esther Coate and her son Daniel were recommended to Friends of the monthly meeting at Chesterfield. [2] [3]
1753 On 6 day of month 9, at the Chesterfield meeting, a certificate from Bethlehem in Kingwood for Esther Coate and her daughter Amie and son Daniel included was read and received. [4]
1753 On 8 of month 10, John Garner and Aimi Coats stated their intentions of marriage. [5] [6]
1753 On 1 of month 11, John Garner and Aimi Coats stated their intentions of marriage for the second time. [7] [8]
1753 On 6 of month 12, Friends reported that the marriage of John Garner and Aime Coats was orderly. [9] [10]
1753 On 3 of month 1, Patience Middleton is appointed to speak with aime garner for leaving the home while the overseers were at the house. [11]
1754-1765 The births of six children were recorded in a family bible. [12]
1765 On 19 of month 11, Amie Coate died, recorded in a Coate family bible. [13]
1777 On 1 of month 5, the Chesterfield meeting had a certificate to Mount Holly meeting for John Gardner and his six children: Catherine, Esther, John, Amy, Susannah, and Elizabeth. [14] [15] [16]

Amie apparently died when her youngest child was just a few months old as his birthday (Joseph Gardiner) was the 5th day of the 7th month of 1765.
