1. Expertise in designing, constructing and maintaining optical systems in optical spectroscopy and microscopy, including: ATR-FTIR, SFG-VS, CARS spectroscopies systems and CARS, SHG, TPEF, SRS, TIRF microscopy systems; Experimental and theoretical expertise in such spectroscopic and microscopic techniques.
2. Expertise in ultrafast laser systems including solid-state lasers, fiber lasers, OPO, OPG, OPA, SHG, DFG, supercontinuum generation.
3. Expertise in surface and interface studies of polymer materials, biomolecules and other molecules using spectroscopic and other techniques, especially IR, SFG, SPR, XPS, SEM, contact angle goniometry, mechanical adhesion test, Langmuir Blodgett method for lipid monolayer deposition, lipid bilayer formation, lipid vesicle formation, SAM formation.
4. Expertise in molecular orientation information analysis using different spectroscopic techniques, especially IR, SFG and CARS.
5. Extensive experienced with Mathematica, Matlab, Python and Labview computer programs.
6. Experienced with digital holographic microscopy and photo-acoustic imaging.
