My Take on Life

I'm proud to say that I'm a Republican, so my views will have a very Right-wing slant on them.

The Presidency: I think William Jefferson Clinton has disgraced the Office of President of the United States. Whether has he actually committed the offenses that he has been accused of is irrelevent. The fact that he has been accused of such things is horrendously disgraceful. All this stuff about Monica Lewinsky, Katherine Willey, Whitewater, etc. which the First Lady claims is all part of a vast "right wing conspiracy" is covered by the liberal press, thus, it really can't be part of a conspiracy. Who's the best president of all time? I can't really say. Who's the best president of the twentieth century? The one and only Ronald Reagan, by far.

The University of Michigan: I love this school. I've seen things here that I've never seen back in New Jersey. Unfortunately, this includes some of the most hedonist crap I've ever laid my eyes on. Example: the Michigan Daily. Here's a newsflash! I don't want to see a picture of kissing lesbians on the cover of a publication that I read when I eat lunch!! That kind of stuff isn't the kind of stuff that makes people want to eat! And as the school's paper, shouldn't the Daily be at least a bit objective? The Daily is the vilest rag I've ever laid my eyes on (even worse than MIM Notes, because that's just plain hilarious. I thought they were a comedy troupe or something publishing a parody until someone told me that MIM was a real organization.)

Affirmative Action: These people should figure out that "hey, life ain't fair!" I've read the records of those two kids that are suing LSA, and they totally blew me away in high school. Those kids deserved to come here! Why didn't they? Because we want to keep this place diversified? Believe me, with or without affirmative action, this place, a university, will stay diversified. What kind of message are you people sending here? You're saying that minorities can't get into UM without special help! You people are part of the problem, not part of the solution. Instead of having a totally equal society, you want a society where certain groups get special priviledges, and let me say, that's just crap.

More to come........
