Please go to the Interaction and Collaboration Research Lab for the most up-to-date information.
I joined the Industrial and Operations Engineering Department at the University of Michigan in 2016 and direct the Interaction and Collaboration Research Lab. Prior to that, I was a postdoc at the Interactive Robotics Group of MIT and the SUTD-MIT International Design Center, working with Julie A. Shah and Katja Hölttä-Otto. I obtained my Ph.D. in Human Factors Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore in 2014, working with Taezoon Park and Christopher D. Wickens.
I want to understand how humans interact with each other, with autonomous agents and with robots, and to propose design solutions facilitating such interactions.
