NOTE: In the extra problems column, most of listings look like gibberish. They are actually problems from old exams (ex: E1F09#4 means problem number 4 from the first midterm exam of the Fall 09 class). They can be found on the Math 116 course website.

The Gateway is a 30-minute, 7-question test of differentiation (Sections 3.1-3.5) or integration (Sections 6.1, 7.1, 7.2, 7.5) skills. It must be taken in the proctored gateway lab (B069 EH). You may take it as many times as you like (up to twice a day) every day the test is open. The differentiation gateway will be open from Monday, January 9 to Monday, January 23. The integration gateway will be open from Tuesday, January 24 to Wednesday February 15. The penalty for not passing the gateway (getting at least 6/7 questions correct) is losing one third of a letter grade (ie B- to C+) for each gateway.
