Hi, Welcome to Ying's homepage!
I am a fourth year PhD student in the EECS department in University of Michigan. My primary research area is networking, under the guidence of Prof.
Zhuoqing Morley Mao. I got my Master degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan and Bachelor degree in Peking University major in Computer Science and minor in Economics.
Research
My research interest is in networking with an emphasis on Internet Routing, routing
security, network measurement. I started with exploring various attacks targetting on routing protocols and the defense schemes. After investigated various impact of routing dynamics, I am currently developing distributed end-system based active measurement systems which enable end users to diagnose the routing disruptions and monitor the SLA compliance.
