I'm working towards my PhD in pure mathematics at the Unversity of Michigan. My advisor in Juan Souto and I'm interested in geometric topology.

I have an undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley, May 2005. I spent Spring 2004 in Budapest with BSM, and, after graduating, I spent the school year 2005-2006 under a DAAD fellowship with the algebra group at University of Cologne.

Besides math, I like running, biking, swimming, and cooking (among other things).
