Maximilian

Lord of Bailong, one of the four cities on Four Dragon Island. Has silver hair and silver-gray eyes. Bears the title "White Dragon."

Fei

Leader of the Howaluu of Bailong's red light district. Supports the White Dragon from the shadows. Had been thrown into the sea shortly after his birth.
