Research Activities:

Topic Area:  Macromolecular Drug Delivery With Low Molecular Weight Protamine

Research is focused on developing a non-invasive delivery method for macromolecular drugs. Currently, transdermal delivery systems and nose-to-brain delivery systems have been developed based on the cell-penetrating low-molecular-weight protamine.

Brief Biography:

Yongzhuo is from a seaside city in Southern China with a usually warm climate. He was shocked by the severe Michigan winter that lasted his first six months here. As such, he definitely enjoys the spring and fall. Summer is also good for him too, which can involve wandering at Ann Arbor Art Fairs and swimming in Lake Michigan.

To Yongzhuo: Research is to see what everybody else has seen, and to think what nobody else has thought. - Albert Szent-Gyoergi
